“Home Pros Builders gave me a bid a few years ago. New roof, insulation, windows and central AC. Quote wise they were in the middle but I only had one person to deal with versus each individual contractor. Estimate at that time would bring my DWP bill down $200 each billing cycle. After two years I have averaged closer to $350-$400 savings each billing cycle. My house was built in 1952. Not the construction of tract homes today.
